This policy covers the NEET NOTE website and Android app at neetnote.com. Chapter notes are free to read. Premium fast revision will be offered later; there is no in-app purchase in the current Android app.
Data we collect
- Account email and password if you sign up. Passwords are stored by our auth provider, not in plain text.
- Notes you open may be cached on your device so they load again offline.
- The website may record basic usage with a privacy-friendly analytics script.
- If paid Premium is added later, purchase status will be stored with your account. Card details would be handled by the payment provider, not by us.
How we use it
We use this data to run your account, keep the service working, and (later) unlock Premium if you buy it. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Hosting and login run on Supabase. Analytics on the website may go to Piqo. They process data only to provide those services.
Retention and your choices
Account data stays while your account is open. You can delete your account in the Android app under Account, or on the website at neetnote.com/delete-account. You can also email neetnoteapp@gmail.com. You can clear locally cached notes from your device.
Children
NEET NOTE is for Class 11 and 12 students preparing for NEET UG. It is not directed at children under 13.
